To comprehensively enhance summer interns’ awareness of risk‑prevention and their professional adaptability, on June 27, Hengxiang Toy Group joined hands with Anren Police Station to deliver a practical and targeted anti‑fraud publicity and pre‑job safety training for newly‑reported summer interns.
Police Officers Offer an Amulet Against Fraud

To strengthen interns’ capabilities to guard against fraud, police officers from Anren Police Station gave the training in person. In the lecture, considering students’ limited social experience, the officers summed up the core of fraud prevention in one sentence: curb curiosity and restrain greed, and you can avoid most traps.
The police pointed out that many scams targeting summer‑time workers exploit young people’s greed for easy money and their curiosity about new things to set traps. Bear in mind that nothing falls from the sky for free.
Meanwhile, the officers reminded everyone to safeguard personal identity documents and account information. Do not get muddled into legal risks for petty gains or out of fascination with novelties.

Finally, the officers urged all students: never trust dubious requests, never transfer money, and never reveal verification codes for money‑related matters. When in doubt, turn to the police or the company without delay. More vigilance and less fluke mentality will help you enjoy a safe and reassuring summer vacation.
Learn Before Taking Posts, Excel in Manufacturing

Wu Renyong, Deputy General Manager of Production of the Group, first praised the students for starting their internship right after the vacation began. Afterwards, Wu put forward specific requirements for work and daily conduct during the internship. He noted that from day one of onboarding, interns must complete the crucial shift in mindset and behaviour from “school students” to “prospective employees”. He highlighted three expectations:
01 Mind‑set
Break away from over‑reliance, integrate proactively, seek advice with modesty, and accumulate experience through practical work.
02 Discipline
Strictly abide by company rules and regulations, follow management instructions, standardize words and deeds, and maintain orderly collective life.
03 Safety
Always give top priority to personal safety and production norms. Strictly follow operating procedures as well as safety rules for traffic and accommodation.
This pre‑job training has built a safety barrier for interns in both ideology and practice, laying a solid foundation for their smooth role transition and steady entry into the workplace. Standing at the intersection of campus and society, may every student take this as a new starting point, forge ahead safely, grow under norms, and perceive value through labour. May your internship be a period of physical security, prudent awareness, restrained conduct and fruitful learning.
