In order to boost the exchange of internal management experience and achieve joint improvement in on‑site management, production processes and equipment upgrading, on the afternoon of June 11, 2026, all management staff from Zhejiang Hengwang Arts & Crafts Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Zhejiang Hengxiang Toy Group Co., Ltd., visited Hengxiang for an exchange and learning activity.

On‑site Visit

Led by the chairman, the Hengwang management team toured the production workshops of Qiaoyi and Hengxiang successively. Combining the actual workshop conditions, the chairman gave on‑site explanations covering workshop layout, daily management specifications and working‑environment development, helping participants gain a more intuitive understanding of Hengxiang’s management practices. The Hengwang team observed carefully and asked questions actively, identifying gaps through learning and contemplating improvements by comparison. This fully demonstrated the subsidiary’s firm resolve to benchmark against the headquarters and pursue self‑improvement proactively.

Symposium & Exchange

After the visit, the chairman convened the Hengwang management team for a symposium, delivering management training and sharing work experience. At the meeting, the chairman emphasized that all management personnel must strictly implement the eight‑character work guideline and adhere to the "Three Initiatives" work principle. Greatly inspired, the Hengwang team unanimously stated that they would take this learning session as a new starting point, translate the headquarters’ standards into concrete actions, and integrate its experience and methods into daily management so as to apply what they have learned and pursue tangible results.

This was a zero‑distance sharing session and a face‑to‑face benchmarking exercise. Taking the headquarters as its model, Hengwang will realize synergy and integrated progress with Hengxiang in management philosophy, work standards and corporate culture.
